Initially involved in the engineering sector and working with organisations such as GEC, Racal, De La Rue and Amkor through to a variety of SME and start up businesses. With a focus on Programme and Product Management for new product and system development, implementation and launch. This work has spread internationally, including a five year period based in central Europe.

With a creative flair and people skills, Stephen has also embraced his talents within the sales and marketing arena. This has included working with SKY Television and heading up a, highly successful, £1.2M two year collaborative European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) Project with the universities of Teesside, Northumbria and Durham.

Stephen is now engaged in his passion for realising business development and growth through the launch of his own businesses and association with others. With a focus on enterprise excellence and entrepreneurship, he has studied many elements of the subject including assisting with the development of the Enterprise Leader Programme by Richard Parkes Cordock, author of Millionaire Upgrade and Business Upgrade.

In addition to his experience, Stephen holds academic qualifications in operational and strategic management, including an MBA. He has also lectured at post graduate level and presented courses and workshops on a variety of topics. Stephen is also accredited as an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and offers business support services to SME owner managers.
